How CNC Pricing Works

CNC Cabinetry publishes its MSRP inside the 2026 Product Spec Book, a 308 page spec and price book. Every collection is assigned letter price codes: Luxor uses L, T and Z, Bedford uses R and S, Concord uses A, B, C, D, M, N, O and P, Classic uses E, F, G, H and I, Alvic uses J and K, and Vanguard uses V. Each cabinet page lists a List Price under every code, so one B24 has a different number for each door and finish.

The door and finish decide which code you read. In Bedford, Country Oak is R and Dover is S. Luxor is L, Glencove is T, and Luxor with the five-piece drawer front upgrade is Z. In Concord and Classic, the Plus Program paints and stains are priced under their own codes.

Our price is up to 60% off MSRP. The table below has one column for each collection we sell (Bedford, Classic, Concord, Luxor and Luxor 5-Piece) and shows our "from" price for each cabinet code, which is the lowest price across that collection's finishes. Every finish has its live price on its own product page. Find your cabinet code in the first column and read across to compare the collections.

What Changes the Price of a CNC Kitchen

Two kitchens with the same footprint can land far apart on price. The layout, the collection and the extras all move the total, and the price book shows where each one comes in.

Cabinet size

List price rises with width and height. A 36 inch base costs more than a 24 inch base in the same finish, and a 42 inch high wall cabinet costs more than a 30 inch one. CNC wall cabinets come in seven standard heights from 12 to 42 inches, so a plan for a tall ceiling adds cost to every upper in the run.

Collection, door style and price code

The collection sets the construction and the door sets the price code. Bedford, Luxor, Concord and Classic each carry their own codes, and within a collection the finish can move a cabinet to another column. In Concord, for example, the mitered Richmond, Park Avenue and Sydney doors price under code C, while Plus Program colors have codes of their own.

Specialty cabinets

Tall and corner pieces are the largest single lines on most CNC orders. Pantry (PC), utility (UC) and oven cabinets (OV and OVD) come 84, 90 or 96 inches high. A corner takes a blind base (BLB), a Lazy Susan (LS) or an Easy Reach (ER) cabinet, and the choice changes both storage and price. Farm sink bases, waste basket cabinets and microwave cabinets are each priced as their own items too.

Modifications

Luxor, Concord and Classic each have a Modifications and Upgrades section, and every change listed there has its own list price. Depth reductions, chase cuts, doors cut for glass, finished interiors and toe kick changes are added cabinet by cabinet.

Accessories, moldings and fillers

Trim is ordered as separate line items: fillers such as F330, TKS toe kick, REP refrigerator end panels, CRM crown molding and LTRM light rail. Pull out shelves (POS), floating shelves and wood hoods add to the list as well. Plan the trim from the start so the quote matches the finished kitchen.

CNC Cabinetry Cabinet Quality

CNC Cabinetry builds each collection on plywood with 3/4 inch plywood adjustable shelves, and every CNC cabinet we sell ships assembled from the factory. Here is what the spec book lists for each collection.

  • Bedford: An all plywood box behind a 1 1/2 inch wide face frame of kiln-dried solid hardwood, glued and nailed under clamp pressure to keep it square. Drawer boxes are 1/2 inch plywood on epoxy coated steel glides, the hinges are heavy duty concealed steel, and Dover doors include soft-close hinges.
  • Luxor: A 3/4 inch thick kiln-dried solid hardwood frame over 1/2 inch plywood backs set in dado joints, glued and screwed. Drawers have 5/8 inch solid wood dovetail sides on soft-close undermount glides, hinges are concealed steel with a soft-close mechanism, and 36 and 42 inch wall cabinets get a third hinge. The shaker doors use mortise and tenon construction.
  • Concord: Frame and sides lock together with a dado interlocking system, and a full 1/2 inch plywood back carries 3 inch hanging rails. Drawers are 3/4 inch solid wood dovetail on stainless steel full extension undermount glides with soft-close, hinges are six-way adjustable soft-close clip-on, and interiors have a natural wood-finish veneer. Plus Program orders step up to BLUM hinges and glides.
  • Classic: A frameless box with 3/4 inch plywood sides joined with glue, screws and wood dowels, plus a 3/4 inch full back. The White box uses double wall metal drawers with a 1/2 inch plywood bottom, the Maple box uses solid wood dovetail drawers, and both run on full extension soft-close glides with six-way soft-close hinges.
  • Finish choices: Concord and Classic add the Plus Program, with ten paints and three stains on selected doors.
  • Warranty: Luxor, Concord and Classic carry CNC's Limited Lifetime Warranty and Bedford carries a Limited Five-Year Warranty, both covering defects in material and workmanship for the original residential purchaser.

How to Read CNC Cabinet Codes

CNC codes follow the Cabinet Code Key on page 16 of the book: the cabinet type in letters, then the width, then the height and depth where needed, then any suffix. Once you know the pattern, a code tells you the size before you open the page.

Wall cabinets have no letters at all. The first two digits are the width and the last two are the height, so 3030 is a wall cabinet 30 inches wide and 30 inches high. Standard wall heights are 12, 15, 18, 24, 30, 36 and 42 inches, and walls come 12 or 24 inches deep. A deep wall adds X and the depth to the code, so 3012X24 is 30 wide, 12 high and 24 deep.

Base cabinets start with B and give only the width, because every standard base is 34 1/2 inches high and 24 inches deep. B24 is a 24 inch base. Other base prefixes name the job: DB for drawer base, SB for sink base, BLB for blind base, LS for Lazy Susan and BWBK for waste basket.

Tall cabinets are 84, 90 or 96 inches high and 21 or 24 inches deep. Their codes give the width and depth, then X and the height, so UC1824X84 is a utility cabinet 18 wide, 24 deep and 84 high.

Suffixes come last. FH is a full height door, POS a pull out shelf, POD a pull out drawer, L or R the hinge side, FL, FR or F2 a finished side, 5P the five-piece drawer front upgrade, and HA or HR a handicap accessible or removable version.

Code What it means
B24 Base cabinet, 24 inches wide, 34 1/2 inches high, 24 inches deep

3030 Wall cabinet, 30 inches wide by 30 inches high

How to Order CNC Cabinets

We can work from a finished cabinet list or a rough sketch. These steps keep the order accurate.

  • Measure the room. Record each wall, the ceiling height, and every window, door and appliance location. Our guide to measuring your kitchen for cabinets shows each measurement.
  • Build your list by code. Pick the collection, then write every cabinet as its CNC code using the price table above and the price book. Include fillers, toe kick, end panels and molding. Our CNC Cabinetry spec book guide walks through each section of the book.
  • Order door samples. Paint and stain look different in your own light, so we recommend you order door samples of the finishes on your short list.
  • Or send us your layout. Share your measurements and we will create a free 3D kitchen design with an itemized quote by CNC code.
  • Place the order. Check out on our CNC Cabinetry page, or send us your list and we will build the quote for you.

If you have a written quote from another dealer for the same CNC cabinets, send it to us and we will match or beat it.

Direct Cabinet Deals is an authorized online dealer for CNC Cabinetry and four other cabinet brands. We sell cabinets online and help you plan, price and order your kitchen.
