Price Match Policy

At Direct Cabinet Deals we're committed to offering the most competitive pricing on quality cabinetry. If you find a lower price on the exact same in-stock product from an authorized competitor, we'll match it.

Eligibility for Price Matching

To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Identical product. Same brand, model, size, color, and finish — including every specification and feature.
• Authorized competitor. The lower price must be from a competitor that is an authorized seller of the product (either their physical store or website).
• In stock. The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at both Direct Cabinet Deals and the competitor.
• Current pricing. The competitor's lower price must be live and verifiable at the time of the price match request.

Exclusions

The price match policy does not apply to:

• Sale prices or clearance items
• Promotional offers, coupons, or gift card discounts
• Bundle or package deals
• Membership or loyalty pricing
• Prices resulting from competitor errors or mispricing

How to Request a Price Match

1. Contact us. Reach our team by phone, email, or the contact form on our website.
2. Send proof of price. Share a link to the competitor's product page, or a screenshot/PDF of the lower price.
3. Verification. We'll verify product details and pricing against the criteria above and confirm whether the match qualifies.

Price Match Process

Once approved, we'll adjust the price on your order to match the competitor's current price and confirm the final amount before checkout.

Terms & Conditions

• Direct Cabinet Deals reserves the right to verify the competitor's price and product availability before approving a match.
• Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Direct Cabinet Deals.
