What makes Direct Cabinet Deals different?
We sell quality cabinets direct from authorized manufacturers (Fabuwood and Jarlin), cut out the middle layers of retail markup, and back every order with a free 3D kitchen design, price match guarantee, and real human support from cabinet designers based in the USA.
Do you offer free 3D kitchen design?
Yes. Send us your kitchen measurements and we'll build a 3D rendering of your kitchen using your chosen door style and finish — completely free, with no obligation to buy.
Can I order door samples before placing a full order?
Absolutely. Sample doors are available for every Fabuwood and Jarlin finish we sell. Most ship in 2–3 business days. Browse them on the homepage or contact us to order a specific sample.
How does delivery work, and where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the continental USA. Most stock orders ship in 5–8 business days from USA warehouses, factory-assembled and packed for safe transit. Free shipping applies on qualifying Fabuwood orders over $750.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (including 4-interest-free payments and longer financing terms via Shop Pay Installments). All checkout is secured by Shopify Payments.
What is your return policy?
All cabinet orders are final sale due to the custom/configured nature of cabinetry. However, if your order arrives with manufacturer defects or transit damage, please contact us within 7 days and we'll handle the replacement claim directly with the manufacturer at no cost to you.
How do I reach customer service?
See our contact page for phone, email, and our contact form. Our team typically responds within one business day; same-day on weekdays for orders or quote questions.
Are the cabinets covered by warranty?
Yes. Fabuwood Allure and Illume series cabinets carry a lifetime limited warranty to the original purchaser. Quest and Value Premium have shorter manufacturer warranties. Jarlin cabinets carry the standard Jarlin warranty. Full Fabuwood warranty terms are on our Fabuwood Warranty Info page.
How do I place an order?
Browse to the door style and color you want, add cabinets to your cart, and check out. If you want help building a kitchen plan first, use our free 3D design service — our designers will recommend SKUs, sizes, and accessories, then build the cart for you.
My credit card was declined at checkout. What should I do?
Cabinet orders are often above $500, which can trigger an automatic hold from your bank as a fraud-prevention measure. Call your bank, confirm the transaction is legitimate and ask them to release it, then retry checkout. If the issue persists, contact us — we can also send a payment link for ACH or wire.
Are cabinet orders final sale?
Yes — most cabinet orders are final sale because they are made-to-order by style, finish, size, and configuration. If any item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will help with the replacement claim through the manufacturer.
What should I do when my cabinet delivery arrives?
Inspect the shipment before signing whenever possible. Walk around the pallet, check every box for visible damage, and photograph anything that looks crushed, punctured, or wet. Note damage on the freight bill before the driver leaves. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved. If you discover damage after unpacking, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item, the box, and the shipping label.
Do you help make sure I am ordering the right pieces?
Yes — we strongly recommend using our free 3D design and quote service before placing a full kitchen order. Send us your wall measurements, ceiling height, window and door locations, appliance sizes, and any inspiration photos, and we will build an itemized cabinet list that includes the right base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall cabinets, fillers, panels, moldings, trim, and accessories for your layout.
Do I need fillers, panels, and moldings?
Most kitchens need at least some of them. Fillers cover gaps where cabinets meet walls or appliances. Finished side panels hide raw cabinet sides where they are exposed. Toe kicks finish the base of the cabinet run. Crown molding and light rail polish the top and bottom edges of wall cabinets. Our design team identifies exactly which trim pieces your specific layout needs so nothing gets missed.
What is the difference between assembled and RTA cabinets?
Assembled cabinets arrive built at the factory and ready to install — best when you want less work at the jobsite and faster install. RTA (ready-to-assemble) cabinets ship flat-packed and require assembly with included hardware — best for budget-conscious projects, DIY buyers, or tight delivery access. Both Jarlin assembled and RTA lines use the same plywood box and soft-close hardware.
Do you sell to contractors?
Yes — we work with homeowners, contractors, remodelers, designers, landlords, and investors. Contact us for project quotes, multi-kitchen orders, or recurring contractor pricing. Send the kitchen layout, brand preference, and project timeline and we will respond within one business day.
How long does free 3D design take?
Most free 3D design requests are reviewed within one business day. Turnaround for the final rendering depends on how complete your measurements are and how complex the layout is — simple galley or L-shaped kitchens usually finish within 1–2 business days; larger custom layouts may take 2–3 business days. There is no obligation to order after the design.
Can you match or beat another quote?
Yes — if the competing quote is for the same cabinet brand, line, finish, door style, configuration, and assembly type. Send us the competing quote or link and we will review it. We compete on direct factory pricing, not on flashy showrooms, so most quotes we see we can match or beat.
